Anyways, it is a serious pain in the ass. We were upgrading their POS terminals from Windows 98 (32megs of ram!) to brand new machines, but I can't even find XP drivers for this printer and Epson doesn't even acknowledge Epson never bothered to update their website with this very important Win2K driver. Perhaps the driver is working but something is set up wrong? Although kudos to Brother and Ricoh, they keep up with their drivers pretty good imo.
